My wife and I recently purchased a 2021 BMW X3 from Freeman Motors. David was our salesperson. Our buying experience was great. We came in and identified a couple cars to test drive the next day. Two of them sold in the meantime and David was apologetic about it. Fortunately, some new cars we were interested in arrived and we got to evaluate which make/model we liked most. The negotiations of our trade in value were easy. We did elect to get the Cilajet treatment add on but I'm not sure I would have done it in hindsight. The only issue we encountered was the installation of a front plate mount done by their body shop. Somehow the technician installing it got it off centered by about 2". They offered to make it right, but I just took it on independently to save myself a trip.

My wife needed a new car due to our daughter turning 16 soon. We had a great experience with Austin buying her a 2022 Audi A4 S Line. He explained everything in detail and made sure we understood what we were doing. They even asked us to bring it back to get detailed later that same week.

My experience at Freeman Motors was like no other. Jackson was fantastic as was Michele. Everything went smoothly and they worked their butt off to make sure that I was taking care of and I am so appreciative . I highly recommend Freeman Motors If you’re thinking of purchasing a vehicle.
