Scheduled a Mini detailing and it was exactly what I needed to rid my car of dog hair (yellow lab who sheds a lot!). They were done in about an hour and a half which is impressive given the service. They missed one spot (small center console) but they made up for it by getting the spot most other detailers miss (secret cubby under the cup holder). Will go back.

This place is awesome!!! Inside is a super clean, neat waiting area. Their service though was spectacular. I'm picky with my car, I'm a car enthusiast, I track my car, I do all my work including detailing... But I was amazed by the attention to detail this place has. I highly recommend this place to anyone who needs a detail. They will take care of you.

I have been going to Simons for years and it is by far the best hand wash and detail service in Chicago. Only certified detailer around. I bring my exotic and my daily cars here. If you have a nicer car I would recommend going out of your way to come here.
