Billy stayed later and changed my faulty battery in below zero weather out of the kindness of his heart. Great customer service and great attitude. I let him know I was understanding if he wouldn’t have enough time to help me (and also in the freezing cold) and he was more than happy and willing to help. I genuinely appreciate his service.

I went into Autozone frustrated because the headlight bulbs google said I needed weren’t what I found when I looked in my car. I was so lost and didn’t know where to start. Billy (William) was beyond helpful, he helped me find the bulbs I needed and came out to look at my car. He identified that the previous owner had made some modifications to the lights that made it way more complicated. He even helped me by changing the bulbs for me as I am completely inept when it comes to cars. Will definitely head back if I have any future auto part needs.

I am so thankful for Billy’s help today. He was so informative & helpful! I had no idea he would install the battery after purchasing, which was such a pleasant (and welcomed!) surprise. He installed it quickly and even showed me a few additional things to look into. Very much recommend this shop, especially if you get to work with Billy!
