My mother has been part of the Brookdale Madison West community for almost three years now. The staff here really care and make sure all her needs are met. The nursing staff is so knowledgeable and really take good care of her. The Executive Director Robin really has gone above and beyond for her and our family. Robin has done so many wonderful things to make the community an even better place to live. I would highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a place for their loved one.

My mom has lived her for a couple years now and I can confidently say I am more than happy with the care she receives. Since she has moved in, the nursing staff, especially the AL RN, has continuously been exceptional. She has been in contact with me regularly from the start and even takes my calls after hours, if I have a concern about mom. She truly cares for her residents and the facility, and it shows. The directors reach out regularly, ensuring mom is happy and all our needs are met. Mom has a much better quality of life here, than she did at home. She socializes with others more now, through participating in the various activities. I am grateful for Brookdale for helping provide mom with the best quality of life. I would recommend to anyone looking for a place, for their loved one.

It has been an absolute pleasure working with this community for their hospice needs. All of their residents seem very happy and pleased with everything the community has to offer, especially the food. Cristeena, the nurse, is an amazing communicator and Robin, the new Executive Director is definitely going to be another asset to this community. 10/10 would recommend.

Coventry Village is a truly outstanding community/facility. From the very beginning, my experience has been nothing but positive. I feel incredibly fortunate that my grandparents have found such a safe, welcoming, and beautiful place to call home. When I first visited with them for a tour, we were shown around by Dillon, who was warm, knowledgeable, and professional. He made the entire experience comfortable and enjoyable for all of us. I recently returned to attend the Easter brunch Coventry hosted for residents and their guests, and I was genuinely impressed by the quality of the event. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly greeted, seated promptly, and regularly checked on throughout. The food was exceptional, and what truly stood out was how staff from every department came together to serve and ensure everything ran seamlessly. Coventry Village goes above and beyond in creating a caring and connected environment. I can't recommend it highly enough.

Coventry Village is a vibrant place and great option for those who want either independent or assisted living. The staff care about enhancing the residents' quality of life and there are many friendships and connections made. Thank you for being a wonderful community in Dane County.

The Coventry and Sebring staffs have been consistently pleasant and very helpful to our dad. They organize many events for residents and special events to include their families. It's a very nice place.
