What an easy, relaxed buying experience! We contacted the dealer after seeing the car we have been looking for on car guru. Chis invited us to see it that day and it worked out. We had texted so they knew we were coming and when we arrived they brought us the keys and allowed us to explore the car! It was so nice to be treated so warmly and not have them hover! They checked in on us after our test drive to see if we had any questions. We were sold! They drew up a sales ticket because we had our own financing and held the car until we could pick it up a few days later! We set our appointment for pick up, the car was ready the paperwork was ready. It was so easy and beautiful.

I had added a warranty when I bought my Jeep at a different dealership; when I called to set up a service appt, asked if I had a warranty and was able to connect with them immediately. The service department worked on my vehicle quickly, kept me up to date and even had it ready to take home when I was going to pick up the rental. Will be coming back for all future service appts.
