I visited a friend at The Hub Madison, and I was blown away by how amazing this place is! The building is super modern and well-maintained, with incredible amenities like a rooftop pool, gym, and study lounges. It felt like a luxury hotel! The location is perfect—right in the heart of everything. My friend’s apartment was spacious and had a great view of the city. If I were living in Madison, this would absolutely be my first choice. Highly recommend! Also notable the staff, specifically Cooper he was very nice to talk with about apartments!

I stopped by The Hub Madison, and it completely exceeded my expectations. The amenities are top-tier—rooftop pool, gym, study spaces, and an unbeatable location. But the best part of my visit? Cooper at the front desk! He was super friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. You can tell he genuinely cares about the residents and takes pride in The Hub. If you’re thinking about living here, stop by and see for yourself—Cooper will make sure you have a great visit!

I’m moving into The Hub Madison next year, and my experience so far has been incredible! I stopped by to check out the building and finalize some details, and Cooper at the front desk was amazing. He was super friendly, answered all my questions, and even gave me a mini tour of the amenities. The place is stunning—the rooftop pool, gym, and study spaces are unreal. I can’t wait to call this place home. If the move-in process is as smooth as this first visit, I know I’m going to love living here!

The way Mr. Jason does any maintenance work diligently and talks nicely would certainly earns genuine appreciation from the residents like us, not only to himself but bring good reputation to the whole High Point staff and management. Thank you Mr Jason for yours fine work did at my apartment.

Best apartment I've rented with, ever. Jason with the maintenance team is excellent. Really nice guy, and really knows his stuff. There's nothing he can't fix. The apartments are kept up with really well. The office staff is always responding within minutes/hours via text. Everyone is really pleasant talking with. 10/10.

Have lived here for a year and cannot say enough how great the experience has been. Property management team is helpful and available whenever needed; maintenance is responsive and timely; and the apartment community is respectful and welcoming. I've never reviewed an apartment complex before, but as I relied on google reviews before choosing to live here I thought I would pay that forward. Highly recommend!!!

Lived here for two years. Fantastic place to live. The management was nothing but nice and always quick to help. The apartment was spacious with lots of windows and for a great price as well. The amenities are great, two laundry rooms on each floor, clubhouse for rent, gym, pool, hot tub, and really affordable garage parking. Would recommend Timberlake Village Apartments to anyone looking for an affordable yet well-managed, nice apartment.

This complex is seriously one of the best on the west side of Madison. I am going on my third year living in the complex and all I have are good things to say. Rent is reasonable, on par with the market value of other properties near by. What you pay for in rent, you get back in amenities tenfold. Clean, beautiful landscaping, awesome swimming and exercise facilities, reliable and QUICK maintenance, and very friendly staff. Whether a student, a single individual or a family, Timberlake Village is the home for you!
