Had a positive shopping experience. Sales representative, Karen, was knowledgeable, personable and helpful in selecting a mattress that suited our needs. Franco delivered our mattress and was simply amazing! Getting our king size mattress to the second floor was not an easy task. He, along with another young man, brought the mattress upstairs without a single scratch to our walls and also took away our old mattress. Franco came on time, wore booties to protect our carpet and floors, was polite, and informative about remote that came with the bed. We have been extremely happy with our experience with Mattress Firm.

Mike and the team at Mattress Firm did a great job of working together to help meet our needs. We were Mike’s first sale and we couldn’t be happier about his performance. The team selflessly helped as needed and the mattress we purchased exceeded our expectations. This is our second purchase from this store in two years. We will continue to come back.

We had an excellent experience here buying a new mattress. Karen, who helped us through the process, was incredible! She made us feel welcome, walked us through many different options, and handled all the details with care. Plus, she was super fun to talk to. I recently purchased a Tempur-Pedic mattress and adjustable frame from the Denver Mattress store in Madison, WI. What a pleasure it was to find a huge selection of quality mattresses in one store! You can read all you want about mattresses online but you really have to try them out before you buy and Denver Mattress is the place to go. James helped me throughout my experience and I can't say enough good things about him. Professional, friendly, patient, very knowledgeable, and I never felt pressured to purchase. I would recommend Denver Mattress to friends and family who are looking for a new bed...and ask for James.

Just ordered a mattress for myself and my husband, and Rick took care of absolutely everything, including what we forgot. He was awesome - knowledgeable, gave good advice, and has been there forever so knows all the steps of their production. Demoed the materials, which was great to understand what you're really buying. Can't recommend enough for a straightforward, quality mattress (and accessories - we got some pillows, a mattress protector, and a sheet set too.

Entire buying experience was first-rate. All questions were patiently answered, and so much good information provided. I love purchasing from a family owned company like Verlo that I can trust. Kimani and Anthony were the nicest delivery guys ever. Personable, professional, super friendly. Struck up a nice conversation. I hope they are paid well for their work, because they are top-notch.
