My car broke down and I ended up having AAA tow it to Chet’s (hadn’t been there before). The folks at Chet’s were all quite friendly and genuinely empathetic. It’s pretty unbelievable, but somehow they were able to get the parts to replace my front calipers and brake rotor in the same day I had the car towed. I’ll definitely be returning to Chet’s for future auto repair needs, and would recommend others do the same.

My husband and I always have good experiences with Chet's, They're very knowledgeable and made sure we knew exactly what was going on with our vehicles..Chet's is now our go to for all of our car and truck needs..Big thumbs up.

These guys are great. I got a ride home after dropping off the car and they came and got me to pick up the car. Friendly people. Good quality work. Convenient location.

One of the best auto repair shop experiences I have had! Super quick to do the work needed with my suspension and updated me via text nearly immediately after they brought my car in and started looking at it. I worked with Troy on this visit and he is simply a fantastic guy - also a huge thank you to every one of the technicians that worked on my car, it drives so much better and smoother with the suspension in good order now! This WILL be my go to shop going forward for any future repairs I need.

I've gone to Meineke a couple of times for car repairs and had a great experience with them both times. They kept me looped in on what work needs to be done, what I should watch out for, and cost. I had to have some pretty extensive work done, and I was impressed how quickly they got everything repaired. I would definitely recommend.

First time coming here. I got an oil change and they were able to replace my engine filter for an additional charge. The technician was super friendly and helpful and answered all my questions. Definitely will be coming back.

I've been a loyal customer for over a decade, and they have NEVER steered me wrong. I can't recommend them highly enough. Their prices are super reasonable. They are knowledgeable and friendly. Their work is top notch. 110% recommend.

Great service. I recently had my car evaluated at Westside Service Center. They did a thorough evaluation and gave me advice about what maintenance to do and what to look for so I would know when to schedule the larger repair. The cost of the evaluation was a great value for the time they took with me and my car. Highly recommend.

Quality work, completed quickly and at a fair price. And honest. I cannot speak highly enough of this place.
