Kessler’s is awesome. Their warranty is unlike any others. I’ve had a couple of missing side diamonds and the center diamond prongs fixed so far at no charge to me. Just normal wear and tear of wearing a ring all the time in my opinion but it’s a comfort to know that they will take care of it should I need any work done on it at no cost to me. They will even replace the center diamond at no charge should it fall out and goes missing. They just won’t replace a whole missing ring. Other jewelry stores require you to keep up the maintenance in order for the warranty to still be good. Other jewelry stores will also charge an arm and a leg for any kind of work needed on it. Kesslers does not require this. I do take my ring in to get cleaned as often as I can though and they take a look at it when I do this to make sure it looks good and doesn’t need anything. I also have upgraded my diamond earrings with them using what you paid for the previous earrings to go towards the upgrade. I even had a missing earring from a previous pair so they used half of what we paid for that set when I brought in the one earring I had left along with a whole pair I had. They have gotten a customer for life as far as I’m concerned.

I've enjoyed working with Erin on some sentimental custom pieces. She has been so helpful and assurring throughout the whole process. She patiently answers every question I bring up! Recently, I brought in some broken jewelry and Kayla and Frank took care of it right then and there. The whole Kessler's team has been wonderful to work with. I can't wait to receive my custom rings!

Good buying experience - strikes a balance of informational, not pushy, and a very smooth process. Susan was excellent to work with. Product-wise: Diamond prices can be higher than other avenues, but the good quality cut + warranty + in store experience/viewing + convenience of getting the setting, diamond, and ring in one place balances it out.

Jade Darby was incredibly pleasant and helpful. While he just helped me fit my watch and I didn't buy anything, I was very impressed with how pleasantly he helped me (even though it took quite a bit of elbow grease to get the pins out to adjust it). While I offered him money, he refused and gave me his card. I will definitely check them out for future jewelry/watch purchases. Thanks for your time and help Jade!

We wanted to give a huge shout out to Jade and Trisha at the west side location. Trisha helped us pick out our engament ring and she was wonderful. Then we were called to come back in to pick up a wedding planning book and Jade helped us. This is the second marriage for both me and my fiance and now it is just overwhelming. But Jade helped us with letting us know about all the different discounts they had and was very patient and kind with us helping us pick out wedding bands. And we were even offered Spotted Cow which was amazing! We are so happy we picked the Diamond Center instead of a chain in the mall. Thank you Jade!!!

We had a fantastic experience at the Diamond Center creating a custom ring. The ring is beautiful and exactly what I had envisioned, communication was great and the staff were all friendly. We were also very relieved that no one tried to push us outside of our budget and we never felt like they were just trying to make a sale. We felt like the team really wanted us to get what we were looking for.
