Event Essentials is at THE TOP of our vendor list when it comes to our wedding. Our main point of contact was Ali - who truly went above and beyond for us throughout the whole process. We essentially built a venue from scratch in our back yard and they were there to help trouble shoot and make design suggestions throughout the whole process. Ali was always readily available by email and responded so quickly to what seemed like my thousands of questions over the last year. We did have an issue with our flooring after the install and they came out within 24 hours and stayed late to get it fixed. On top of all that - their products are extremely high quality. We got so many compliments on our tent and our linens and were just in awe in what they were able to help us create. Truly can't say enough good things!.

I had the best experience with Event Essentials for my wedding last week. Breanna was amazing throughout the whole planning process and even came for the set up to make sure everything was perfect. The whole team did such a great job setting up and all of the furniture was clean, comfy, and beautiful! I couldn’t have asked for anything better. My whole vision was spot on! Thanks guys!!.

A classy, charming champagne tower was a must for our wedding day. I spent days looking for a rental service who had what I envisioned for the right price point and Event Essentials was the only one who came in right on the dot. Madison Party Rental was great to work with, and responded very fast when another company was just not able to follow through with our needs. Marty, the General Manager, got me a quote within a couple hours for a 40' x 80' tent and a 20' x 30' both delivered and set up. It was well within budget and the crew was fast and professional. I will happily work with Madison Party Rental again in the future.

I recently coordinated at company reunion that hosted 150 people. Marty at Madison Party Rental was exceptional to work with and was very responsive to our requests. We rented a couple tents, a few tables and many picnic tables from them. Everything was in great shape and set up and tear down went very smoothly. Highly recommend them for your rental needs!.

Booked Madison Party Rental for our graduation party! The package deals they have made for a successful setup for the party. In addition, they dropped off the equipment on a Thursday which gave me 2 days ahead of the party to get things ready. We rented tables, chairs, tent, pipe/draping, and a bouncy house. The younger kids loved the bouncy house, kept them entertained! Thank you! Worked out perfectly!.
