We had one of the best hotel check-in experiences ever, thanks to Lewis and Tigri! They were incredibly welcoming, kind, and friendly, setting the tone for a fantastic stay. Truly some of the best customer service we've encountered anywhere. During our time in the Governor’s Club, Zachary took exceptional care of us. He was not only professional and kind but also offered great restaurant recommendations and helpful local tips that made our visit to Madison even better. The service here goes above and beyond. We’ll definitely be back.

Wonderful and Welcoming! Lisa and Esther were helpful, delightful and very accommodating to us upon our arrival and throughout our stay. The breakfast at Circ was delicious and plentiful. Stopped in for a cocktail at the Bar where Dallas was very welcoming and a book of knowledge.

I had a great stay — clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Upgrading to The Governor’s Club was totally worth it: access to a lounge with free food, drinks, and amazing views added a touch of luxury. Highly recommend the upgrade.

THE EDGEWATER HOTEL REVIEWS

The Edgewater Hotel is a beautiful property located right on the waterfront in the heart of Madison, Wisconsin. The hotel is spread across two separate buildings, both of which are equally well-designed and comfortable. Check-in was smooth and easy. As soon as you arrive, you’re greeted with a welcoming entryway and a stunning view of the water. The rooms are impressively spacious for a standard layout and feel clean, modern, and comfortable. I also appreciated the thoughtful amenities provided in the room, which added to the overall experience. I really enjoyed my stay at The Edgewater Hotel and would definitely recommend it. If you’re visiting Madison and want a relaxing, well-located place to stay, this is a great option.

We had our wedding reception at The Edgewater Hotel in May 2025, and everything was beautiful! From working with Meghan and Olga during planning, Igor and Lety with catering, Will, Noah, and Ethan at the late night bar, and everyone in between, we couldn't have asked for a more perfect day. We can't thank the whole team enough, and would recommend the venue to anyone.

The Edgewater hotel is beautiful! To give full transparency, I did not stay the night here as I only came for an event: UW's Law School Barrister's Ball. Essentially, this is our little prom night for the law students over at UW.

HILTON MADISON MONONA TERRACE REVIEWS

I visited Madison back in October and stayed here. I loved it. I have cerebral palsy and use a power wheelchair so traveling is difficult for me. It was really easy for me to get into my room with the digital key. I used the skywalk and an elevator dropped me right onto the capital city trail and lake monona. Easy access for everything I wanted to do downtown. I was able to get over to campus. I really enjoyed it and will definitely stay here again.

Very nice hotel. Rooms are nice and clean, pretty location next to the river and very nice staff. We only stayed one night, but within walking distance of the capitol building and excellent food and bar locations. Would stay here again.

I enjoyed my stay. Room was updated and comfortable . I was next to the elevator and it was still quiet. Great hotel option in downtown Madison.
