I came here to get a new battery installed. I was extremely impressed with Fernando's customer service. He was very professional, patient, and knowledgeable. In the midst of him helping me with my battery, he also took time out to help other employees and customers. I hope he gets the recognition he deserves! Good Job and Salute to you Fernando!

I come here all the time. The employees are always helpful even though I've seen plenty of frustrated customers take it out on them. They have gone through employee shortages recently so people just need to be patient!

Today I'm here auto zone and I meet fernando.. and really that guy is best give me service and best.. 5 star.
