MCKENZIE APARTMENTS REVIEWS

I’ve really enjoyed living in this apartment! The overall facilities are excellent, and the rooftop offers a stunning 360-degree view of the city. I even have a direct view of the Space Needle in my unit. The staff here are outstanding—both the leasing agents and the front desk team are incredibly friendly and welcoming. The maintenance and cleaning teams are also amazing; they are always helpful and quick to respond whenever needed. The only downside is that the parking garage is quite narrow, However, that’s a small issue compared to everything else this apartment has to offer.

I absolutely loved my time living at McKenzie. The location and amenities are world-class, but what made it feel like home were the incredibly kind and considerate staff. Especially Alem from the concierge team and Herman from the maintenance team, who were really wonderful in looking after us and ensuring everything went smoothly. They always went above and beyond what we expected. We loved the community events and got to meet many residents through them. Some of which are now our closest friends. I’ll miss living there and will always have fond memories of my time at McKenzie.

Once, we visited our friends who live at McKenzie, and there was an a movie night event, so my friends and we (me and my two kids) decided to go there together. I was so surprised and shocked by how hospitable and welcoming the staff was. I rarely write reviews on Google, but I cannot help but mention what happened because I feel like I want to live nowhere else but at McKenzie now! Irina Marchenko was super smiley and nice; she played with my kids and constantly asked if I needed anything else! It was an incredible evening just because of the team and their hospitality! Thank you all so much! What a wonderful place to live!

VIKTORIA APARTMENTS REVIEWS

We've lived at Viktoria for a little over a month now, and it's been great! Especially, Robert, with maintenance has been absolutely incredible! He has been so nice and has responded to all maintenance requests super quick, no matter how small they've been. He frequently goes above and beyond helping us with tasks that weren't even in the initial request. For just one example: while he was helping us put in a new lightbulb by our bathroom, he noticed we had new rain-shower head laying on the counter that we were going to install later and offered to install it for us. Thank you Robert!

Been living here with my husband for 6 months and we both couldn’t be happier with our decision to move here. The city view from our unit is amazing and the rooftop views are nothing short of breathtaking. Front desk, leasing, and maintenance staff are consistently friendly and always helpful. Shoutout Robert with maintenance for always being so prompt and professional whenever we have an issue. We always have full confidence in him and he always goes above and beyond, often fixing extra things before he leaves.

I've lived in Seattle for many years, and Viktoria Apartments has by far the best view and the best management team of any place I've stayed!!! I'm beyond satisfied with my experience here. Huge thanks to Robert for fixing my fridge so quickly, and for spoiling my dog with a bunch of treats! Happy dog, happy humans!

WINDSOR BALLARD APARTMENTS REVIEWS

I recently moved to the Windsor Ballard and couldn't be happier with my experience so far. The community is warm and welcoming, and the staff—especially Brian, Yohai, and Rey—are always a pleasure to see with their consistently friendly and positive energy. The amenities truly elevate day-to-day living. I love starting my mornings with a cup of complimentary coffee in the lobby, getting in a solid workout at the gym, and winding down with a BBQ in the outdoor area. It already feels like home.

Windsor Ballard has been a wonderful place to call home these last few months. We can walk to anything we need. Shopping, restaurants, breweries, healthcare, movies, parks. They are all close by! Our dogs have been welcomed with open arms. The staff are friendly and so helpful. Highly recommended!

Lived here for almost two years and would highly recommend it. Everyone working here is extremely nice and helpful. Even when I had an emergency maintenance issue on a weekend night, Brian came in within minutes to help me out. Also the apartment is conveniently located just steps away from multiple grocery stores and public transport.
