Came on site the very next day, correctly diagnosed our issue, then fixed it the following day with factory quality parts & great install practices. Details: Just before the holidays, we had a septic alarm & realized the system wasn't pumping on schedule. I called in the afternoon and was immediately answered by a super professional scheduler. Within 10 minutes I had email and text notifications of the repair call scheduled for the next morning. They guys came out & found 2 broken floats, a leaking check valve & some age damaged wiring leading to a cracked junction box (24 year old system). They also tested our pumps & timers to ensure they were in fact fine. They also took close up pictures of everything they found & emailed them to me on the spot for my inspection! They go above & beyond to assess the situation carefully & fix it correctly the first time. Pricing was very reasonable as I asked them to replace both old floats, as well as wiring & junction box & the leaking check-valve that prevents drain back from the sand trap filter. Wonderful service. Called them on a Saturday evening. Left a message and they (Maxie from the office) called back the same evening. She was very friendly and helpful. They were upfront with cost and arranged for early next morning to come pump out our septic. Conner Bugher their technician came out early in the morning the next day and took care of our septic problem. He was professional and courteous. Our septic tanks are now cleaned out. Would use them again. Highly recommend.

I am very happy about the services A Advanced did. Got an appointment on the same day due to sub pump failing. The tech was able to find the problem and another tech came with the parts to replace bad pump a few days later per my request. All the techs and services were awesome. I can’t thank them enough.
