My experience with Baraka Gems was fantastic! I was a bit nervous about finding a trustworthy source which could help me in identifying, sorting, and selling some jewelry. Without a doubt, Baraka was the best choice I could have made. Jamie was extremely helpful through the process, explaining everything along the way, and even provided me with resources for the items they couldn't take. I am happy to have found a gem of a resource in my community, and will most certainly be a returning customer.

I have always had very positive experiences at Baraka Gems. Our first visit was in 2017, to purchase wedding bands. The gentleman assisting us was helpful, and never pressured us to make a purchase outside our limited budget. My last visit was to have an engagement ring fixed, as the diamond had come loose. They were very communicative, personable, and the service was relatively quick.

They did a fantastic job opening up the pendant loop on some hand painted jewelry from India so I could thread a silk cord through! Very professional job and I can hardly tell the pieces were worked on. I am a very happy customer! 10/10 would work with them again!.

I had an excellent experience at this Rolex store. Last year, Matt helped me purchase my watch, and I absolutely love it! He was fantastic. This past week, I walked into the store without an appointment, and I was warmly welcomed. Sabina and Zack were incredibly kind and attentive. They took the time to listen to my needs and concerns, allowing me to try on several pieces. The entire staff was professional, helpful, and made me feel valued. This is by far my favorite Rolex store, and I’m now a customer for life!

I’ve met quite a few Authorized Rolex Dealers but Shari Hutchinson is the absolute best (as is Ben Bridge in Seattle)! Shari is very responsive, professional, kind and has a great sense of humor. We end up spending more time than “necessary” because I truly enjoy her company. She will work very hard to get you the timepiece you want. She is an absolute treasure! Also a shout out to BB because their store is beautiful and they have many other outstanding salespeople.
