My experience purchasing a vehicle from Elliott Bay Auto Brokers was by far the best I’ve ever had in my 45 years of car buying. My sales consultant Matt Rohde was exceptional with his communication and always kept in contact with me before I came to the Dealership to look at the car. He even sent videos of the cars which really helped. There were a few items on the car I wanted to change and they were willing to work with me so that I was happy. The treatment I received from the General Manager, sales consultant and all the way down to the Finance person was great! They also gave me a fair price on my trade in. I’d purchase another car from them without hesitation.
From the start it was a great experience. Came in to at look at a vehicle and was greeted right away and asked if I wanted refreshments while I waited to be helped. I ended up working with Robert who was very knowledgeable about the car I was looking at and got me in for a test drive within 15 minutes. He had all the trade-in paper work and estimate all prepped by the time I got back and after a good chat I decided to go ahead with the purchase. Pretty smooth time with all the paperwork and ended up walking out on a Friday evening a very happy person. Thanks to Robert and all the staff at Elliot Bay! Would highly recommend!

Super Auto America was a great experience. I love my new Mercury Mountaineer! Lou was a real help in guiding my decision to buy, and Mercedes helped out with all the paperwork. Their partner loan agent was also really flexible and worked with my constraints of not great credit and a lower down payment than I would of expected. I would buy my car from them again anytime.
I just wanted to say I had a great experience with my purchase. I have been in the car business for a long time and I know how the game goes and there was no games here. Upfront and easy to deal with. They did the water pump before I bought the van but it ended up leaking that night. I called the next day and they didn't give me any trouble. Within a day I was back on the road!!!! I'd buy another car there definitely.
