Glad I came here to get my car repaired after being rear ended. It was a breeze to work with Caliber starting from making the appointment (appreciate the evening appointments so I don’t have to miss work), to working with the insurance company, to getting my rental car delivered there, to getting my car on time and it looking perfect. Always answered my questions & explained everything & were very nice. They care about the service they provide. I was also not expecting for my car to be cleaned inside and out since that had nothing to do with the repair but it was sparkling and it was such a pleasant surprise to me after the stress of a car accident. Really appreciate all the efforts.

Absolutely incredible service! My car was brought in after an accident and took only 2 weeks to fix (the exact estimated time they gave me). My car feels brand freaking new. They repainted the whole side of my car to ensure the paint is cohesive throughout and no signs of accident ever occurred. I think they even detailed the inside of my car as well because it smells and feels like new. They update you on your car every Tuesday/Thursday and are more than willing to answer any questions regarding your car. Caliber collision is the only repair shop that I will be recommending to my friends and family and is the only shop I will take my car to ever again.

Their out-of-pocket estimate was double what two other small shops quoted me, but my insurance company uses them, and they made it easy to add a rental car, so I went with Calliber. They did a fine job, and were friendly and professional. I would certainly use them again, but if I had to cover the cost out of pocket, I would have probably gone elsewhere, out of economic necessity.

Kind staff that communicated with me the entire time they had my car. I was not expecting a full detail which was done after fixing it. I was really impressed with the work done and the knowledge and professionalism of the staff. Would highly recommend and will be back if I need any other work done.

The person who did the estimate was thorough as was possible given that the hood couldn't be raised without leaving the car there at the time. She took detailed photos. After I brought the car in and left it, I received prompt and informative messages in the following week, with an estimate of when my car would be ready to pick up. It turned out they could fix it after all, what a relief! They beat the time estimate and it's a beautiful car and runs great! Glad Farmers Insurance listed them.

I've used Gerber twice now for collision repair and both times have been great experiences. Completely satisfied with their repairs and how they kept in contact with me every step of the way with updates and progress reports. I would have no problem referring friends/family to them.
