This is a thoughtfully designed store for selling bedroom furniture. With good use of space, it's much easier to get the feel of your potential resting experience. They have a great variety, but since Victor was so efficient to get to the details of our needs, we only tried three mattresses to find the perfect fit. He is friendly, quick to adapt to a detail you may suddenly find important, and very relaxed in his approach - clearly careful to help you find a purchase you will feel good about long after delivery. We discovered this place through multiple recommendations from neighbors and friends and we are glad we did! Pam spent a long time with us helping us try out different mattresses to discover what worked specifically for our bodies. We didn't realize they made most of their mattress locally and that their mattresses were two-sided! We never felt pressured to buy and were never upsold - they are good and they know it, no need to be pushy! They offered free delivery and everything was so quick and smooth and now we have a dreamy mattress we sleep on every night! Highly recommend!!

Came in on a weekend and Dan was our customer service rep. He was very helpful and knowledgeable about the mattresses without being pushy. We ended up picking a mattress within an hour with his help. He was very patient with generating different quotes for us and reviewing delivery, financing, discount, etc. options. There were some hiccups while wrapping up purchasing, but overall it was a good experience. Mattress Depot is local and has comparable same-day delivery and comfort guarantees to bigger stores. I recommend taking a look if you're in the neighborhood for bed stuff.

TJ and David at Mattress Depot USA were amazing! They made the whole process easy and stress-free. I haven’t used the mattress yet, but the customer service was top-notch. They didn’t try to upsell or push delivery—instead, they suggested I pick it up myself since it could fit in my car, which saved me money. On top of that, they arranged for the mattress to be available at a closer location, saving me a bunch of gas and time. I really appreciated their honesty and effort to make things convenient. Highly recommend asking for TJ or David if you’re mattress shopping.

David helped us at the store. He was friendly, helpful and patient with explaining all the different types of mattresses and pillows. We ended up getting two mattresses and bases. Great experience overall.
