DALLAS WATSON FLOORING REVIEWS

Our experience working with Dallas and his team was outstanding. We bought a house with floating vinyl floors that were installed on a very uneven subfloor. They were splitting and bouncing in areas. They were separating at the seams and looked horrible. The crew had to rip out the existing flooring, level the subfloors, and install new floors. We went with a really high quality wide plank oak. This project literally transformed our home. The floors turned out absolutely perfect. The work was top notch. It looks and feels SO much better. Dallas was super hands on and awesome to work with. He was so patient and kind. He took a lot of time to help us figure out how to remedy our situation and advised us really well on new flooring. Amy coordinated everything and was so on top of everything at every moment. She was very attentive and provided excellent customer service. The team who installed the floors, led by Alexi (I hope I’m spelling his name correctly), were absolute artisans. Masters in their craft. We truly couldn’t be happier with the product or the service! THANK YOU Dallas and team.

This is the second time we've worked with Dallas Watson on a renovation, and in both circumstances they have been exceptional. Most recently, Dallas Watson replaced hardwood floors (wonderfully matched to the rest of our hardwoods), tile floors, and drywall/baseboards/paint across two floors of our home. From the moment I reached out for a bid, every single one of their folks--including all of their subs--were professional, helpful, communicative, and friendly. I have so much gratitude for their team, and I heartily recommend them.

We had our hardwood floors repaired, stained and refinished. They came out beautifully, much better than we expected. He also replaced our kitchen tile with a fantastic penny round tile. Service and communication were great. I highly recommend Dallas and his team.

VOGEL'S CARPET & FLOORING REVIEWS

I had Vogel's replace the carpet in my house to get it ready to sell and I thought they did a great job. Stephen came over to consult and take measurements, and was prompt and communicative. In the showroom I was advised about my different options and narrowed down to something I'm quite happy with that could be installed on fairly short notice, and then they knocked out the installation in an afternoon (two rooms). My realtor who had seen the old carpet stopped by after the install and said "the carpet looks wonderful!" I agree.

We are pleased to have Vogel's facilitate the process from carpet selection and the final installation. We love our new carpet very much. Holly, Annabelle and Scott did a great job to communicate and manage well to arrange things for our tight schedule. The technicians Robin did a fantastic job for our installation. Our overall experience with Vogel's was fantastic.

I am very happy with my experience with Vogel’s Carpet and Flooring. From start to finish they were very communicative and easy to work with. They have a great selection that fit my needs perfectly and their installer did a beautiful job. Would be happy to work with them again in the future.

CARPET LIQUIDATORS REVIEWS

Super knowledgeable about the product. These guys know more than I thought there was to know about carpet. Super helpful when trying to determine what is going to be best for our usage, durability, style, etc. I felt like we were in great hands from a customer service standpoint. We took home some samples and I think we've picked a winner. Going to call them tomorrow and schedule a service appointment. BTW, they have a huge warehouse of carpet remnants too. You should really drive down and check them out. If he's around, ask for Mike V., he's the GM.

Will be back for more. Excellent value, selection and customer service. Tyler's knowledge and helpful attitude were exceptional and setting the bar for any other store. I recommend going in and asking for Tyler anytime.
