So incredibly happy with my new mattress and bed frame. Pam helped walk me through best practices to pick the right mattress for me, allowing me plenty of time and space to ensure I got what was right for me. The hassle free delivery, assembly, and removal of my old mattress was also SUCH a superior experience to any other mattress store. And knowing they were recycling my old mattress was great peace of mind. Thanks to Matt and Will for being so respectful of my space and doing such a great job with this. Been over 2 weeks w/ my new bed and I’m only sad it took me so long to get this in the first place. Thank you.

The furniture here is wonderful. I am working on furnishing my parents home for them and they had so many perfect options that are both timeless and modern that truly bridge multiple generations. But honestly the customer service is what really stands out to me. Elisa Chough helped me go through multiple rounds of design - which also involved me carting around various pillows, samples, etc all over the store. we spent hours agonizing over decisions and having quite entertaining mother-daughter "discussions" and Elise was incredible through it all. She is patient and kind with a great eye for design. I truly don't think we would have settled on final decisions without her. What a gem. Will come back because of her!! THANK YOU, ELISE.

Great Customer Service. We bought some beautiful leather chairs. After 5 months, they did not wear well. I worked with Chelsey the manager at the Seattle store. She was excellent. We returned the chairs and received full credit. We would shop at Room & Board again.

Very well organized with supremely helpful staff. Furniture wait times are a lot shorter than other places in the area.
