I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. The rooms were impeccably clean, spacious, and comfortable, exceeding my expectations. As an elite member, I truly appreciated how valued I felt during my stay. The hotel goes above and beyond by offering elite members thoughtful perks, including an option to opt out of housekeeping in exchange for a choice of three different rewards. This unique approach really stood out to me and made my visit even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone seeking excellent service, spacious accommodations, and thoughtful recognition of loyalty. I can’t wait to return.

Cannot speak highly enough of this hotel. Everything was so well done and thought out. Had an absolutely fantastic stay. Exceptionally clean room, very friendly service when needed. Very good fitness center for a hotel. It was almost like working out at my gym in my home town. Additionally, the view from my room was unreal! Beautiful lobby and common spaces. I hope to have the privilege of staying there again soon!

We stayed in a suite that was incredibly spacious with amazing views—definitely a highlight of our trip. The location is perfect, within walking distance to great restaurants, Pike Place Market, and more. A special shout-out to the cleaning lady who was so kind and made sure we had our waters every day. Great experience overall.

The staff was personable and efficient; they delivered my luggage promptly when it was forwarded by the airline (who had lost my check-in bag). Housekeeping was thorough and the front desk was helpful. The wait staff in the hotel bar was prompt, friendly, and unobtrusive, all pluses. I had just a couple of nits with the room (rm. 205): Water pressure in the shower was low; the fire alarm battery died my first night, so the alarm gave that warning beep that it needed to be replaced (I just took it off the wall and removed the battery, then told the front desk in the morning; it was fixed when I got back that day). I made extensive use of the health club, sauna, hot tub, and pool. These were in good shape and well-tended; thanks! One final suggestion (for your property and frankly every hotel I've ever stayed in): Hypoallergenic, unscented toiletries designed for sensitive skin would be a positive boon and a factor in my choosing a hotel. I'm one of those who need them, so I have to pack my own toiletries whenever I travel. As a man, I don't want my toiletries to small at all anyway.

I was beyond impressed with our stay! When making my reservation online, I noted that it was my daughter’s birthday, and I was delighted when the concierge reached out before our arrival to assist with dinner reservations for her. It was such a thoughtful touch, and I truly appreciated that my note was noticed—something that, unfortunately, isn’t always the case with hotels. As for the spa, it was hands down the best I’ve ever experienced, thanks to the exceptional staff and top-notch services! Thank you to Kathy Nguyen and Lisa McLaughlin at the spa for making this such an amazing experience for my daughter and myself. Lisa - you are truly wonderful for extending my daughters treatment so it timed out with mine.

This hotel is perfectly situated near all the attractions, walkable to the waterfront, Pike Street Market, and the adjacent neighborhoods. The lobby area is perfect for meeting up with your group and the bar area is a great place to hang out. It’s a really pretty hotel. Rooms were spacious and had everything we needed. The pool, fitness area and sauna were a plus.
