My tire got punctured by a nail so I brought my car to Budd and Company on Friday morning without an appointment. Brian Peck helped me out right away and I was in and out of there with a patched tire in less than 15 minutes. Extremely efficient and cost-effective. Highly recommend Brian and Budd and Company for any auto needs.

Found them on Google, I called them and Anthony was so helpful! I was able to set an appointment and come the very next day. When I dropped my car off the next day, they ordered me a Lyft to work and paid for it! Talk about going above and beyond for your customer! I'm very happy with the service, and my car is running good! They fixed everything that needed to be fixed to get my car running smoothly and at a reasonable price with a 3-year warranty on the work that was performed! I recommend them to everyone in seattle.

I feel like the luckiest guy on earth since I found Budd Automotive! I have an old Chevy and it’s been kinda finicky up until I took it to Jim down at Budd. The man is a miracle worker and a hell of a nice guy. My ‘Camino has never run this good- and I mean that! You’ll get the same awesome care from Jim and his crew and you’ll get an amazing warm welcome and interaction with Brian and Anthony at the front counter. These guys at the Holgate location are great. They do exceptional work, and their customer service is outstanding. This is the reason why I have been a loyal customer for over six years. Because of them, I have been able to ensure the maintenance on my E350 Mercedes is in great condition.

It was probably the best experience I ever had a auto repair shop. I came in for an oil change. The guys there cool and made me feel like family not just another customer. They broke down everything they were planning and even showed me the entire process so no secrets no shortcuts. I will definitely be back n never go to another jiffy lube again. Thank you for everything. Customer for life.

This Meineke has gone above and beyond twice for us. We brought in our kid’s car to prepare it for a long drive and they made sure it was road trip ready. Kept us updated and informed of repairs. A couple weeks later we received more help investigating possible issues while the car is in another state. The way Tate helped me and became my advocate while dealing with another location is off the charts amazing. He’s such an asset to the company and I’m so thankful for his help! I had a problem with my tires (not Pacific Rim's fault) and they walked me through and were extremely helpful in getting them replaced. Quality work and great service all around. I recommend them to everyone and anyone with a car.

Pacific Rim has been our go-to place for Toyota and Subaru care for over 15 years. They are friendly. reliable, keep our older cars running great and never push unnecessary work. They've provided help in emergencies and have given excellent advice when examining used cars we were considering.
