Jonah was so incredibly helpful!! I just got done with a long work day and was looking forward to going home and relaxing when a friend told me my head light was out! I decided to go to the oreillys on overland… Jonah was knowledgeable, took time to explain what I needed to do, step by step in 25 degree weather! He was amazing!

My fiancé and I called to describe the issue with our car, and Jonah was super helpful! We came into the store, and Jonah helped diagnose the issue, look up options on the computer, and he even made the fix by installing the part right then and there!

Free advice from a knowledgeable mechanic working at front counter. Came outside to place a code reader on my vehicle and determine my issue. I've also had help at installing the front head lamp; I bought the part from them. Saved me over $80 from the dealership!
