Bittersweet did almond and carrot cupcakes for our October wedding, and they were AMAZING. We opted to go without a traditional cake, but we were not disappointed. The display was beautiful, and the guests are still raving about how delicious the cupcakes were. It was also a very quick and easy process from picking what we wanted to finalizing the order. Would absolutely recommend for any event!

I knew I needed to try King Cake while in New Orleans during the season. Bittersweet Confections was in walking distance from the hotel so I decided to go here. The people were really nice and I was glad the had "mini" sized options because I was able to get two flavors. The mini is almost a 12" diameter but I didn't look closely at the regular size.

Bittersweet Confections baked a wedding cake, groom cake and birthday cake for my daughter’s wedding celebration. We were from out of town but Bittersweet Confections was so easy to work with and handled everything in a professional and timely manner. The cakes were beautiful and delicious too! The king cake grooms cake was the best ever!
