MIKIMOTO JAPANESE RESTAURANT REVIEWS

Hands down best Sushi in all of New Orleans! Been coming here for decades. They will have all of your favorites perfectly executed! Must try the noodle salad, Yellow Dragon roll and Sex in the City roll just to name a few. Whatever you get, you wont be disappointed! Great variety. Fast service even when busy. Waitstaff is always amazing! Must try if you've never been! NOLA local. Patron since 2002.

It was super tasty and fast. The roles were very filling could have probably asked to be light on the rice. Our client recommended the place and order for us all so not sure what we ordered but I liked the sashimi, and the one with crab ontop. All was great.

Stopped by here for lunch. There is a parking lot which is nice considering most of New Orleans is street parking. The food was great, service was also pleasant. I’m sure we’ll be back next time we’re in town.

Very nice interior, great location- right on Magazine st. They have these colored glass chandeliers- fascinating! Extensive menu, squid steak is a must. They have great happy hour too half off drinks and beer and some appetizers and famous sushi roll. Give it a try, you won’t be disappointed.

We had the tuna and avocado appetizer and the hot appetizer sampler followed by the tropical roll and the jazz roll. We loved every morsel. I could tell that they were short staffed because the manager ended up being very hands on. Nonetheless the service was impeccable. The wine list was diverse. I will return.

Very popular modern style sushi & sake bar on Magazine. Happy hour menu with a handful of sushi items and cocktail specials. Good staff, friendly place, especially Ty, a consummate creative. It must be nationally renowned as there are a lot of celebrity-signed portraits.

IKURA HIBACHI AND SUSHI REVIEWS

My wife and I stopped by Wednesday to grab a bite to eat. It was our first time dining at this restaurant and we were pleased with everything from the amount of food that is portioned to the price of the food. The service was prompt, professional, and very enjoyable. We will be eating here again in the near future and will possibly make this a regular stop during our date nights. The sushi rolls were huge and very delicious.I had no complaints and would recommend eating here to anyone looking for great hibachi/ sushi.

Great experience. Our time was well spent. I chosen this place because I was bringing a group of people together who was meeting for the first time . I felt that if the people didn't talk much at least we will be entertained by the chef's tricks, skills ,techniques and we were. The food was great and plentiful everyone appreciated the food, the atmosphere, and the special gathering. The Chef made it a great experience.

Everything is very tasty! I took two different rolls and shrimps - delicious! And the waiter was very attentive and friendly.
