SWEET SOULFOOD REVIEWS
I've driven past this place so many times and finally decided to try it today. I was so pleased! The taste of the Philly pasta, collard greens, and cornbread was DELISH, but the sweet and spicy cauliflower? Listen... I was so happy to support a Black business where I could get delicious food quickly (during a 30 min lunch break). Can't wait to come back and try the desserts (bread pudding and ice cream.
The food was incredible at Sweet Soulfood. I am not vegan, but I do not mind vegan options being lactose intolerant. 1000/10 I will be visited this place every time I visit New Orleans. Cauliflower, collard greens and bread pudding was on point.
Love this vegan spot. One of my favorites in the city. I usually stop by every Wednesday for the orange cauliflower and eggplant lasagna. Customer service is nice and the juices are great.

BREADS ON OAK REVIEWS
Absolutely charming bakery with various delicious options - and all vegan! I visited a few days before Mardi Gras to get my hands on some vegan King Cake... and to my surprise, I was spoiled for choice on different flavours! The cream cheese and pecan praline king cakes were amazing! I also grabbed the pumpkin cheddar biscuit which contains sausage, tofu scramble and greens. A super tasty bunch.
I think about this place like 5 times a week. We went on a NOLA vacation from Florida and this was honestly the highlight. Being conveniently close to our AirBnb, we actually went every morning for 4 days, the duration of our trip. Many cafe au lait and hot chocolates were consumed. The baguette was top notch and we consumed at least 7 pastries. I highly recommend. The warm atmosphere and outdoor area with the cat is very cool too. This place is a gem for vegans and non-vegans alike.
This is honestly a bit of a hidden gem. The bread is absolutely fantastic, which is what I was looking for in the first place, but it's hard to find vegetarian and vegan food sometimes and theirs is excellent. It was nice to go somewhere for breakfast my friend, who is allergic to eggs, has any real options. I'm someone who will cheerfully eat anything, but my vegetable sandwich was legitimately delicious, and a fresh diversion from the heavier food that I have been having in the city. Their tofu scramble with mushrooms was also excellent , and we both left pleasantly full, London Fog lattes in hand. The scones are a bit dense, but quite tasty- especially if you take them home, toast them, put butter on them. But don't tell them I said to.

I-TAL GARDEN REVIEWS
The food was delicious, especially the jackfruit ribs. The texture and taste were on point. I had to take them out separately to inspect how they were able to accomplish it (notice how they are in a photo by itself and on a plate). The food was light and airy, compared to eating vegan food that is deep-fried to accommodate the non-vegans. The staff were friendly. I highly recommend it.
So delicious! The carnivorous hubby liked the burger, the fries were good, salad was tasty. The jackfruit ribs and coconut curry chickpeas were great. The quinoa jambalaya was my favorite! Spicy and hearty. Muah! Also super friendly and great vibe.
Oh I wish there were more places like this! The food is delicious and clearly a passion for the chefs. All fresh ingredients and a super attention to detail on flavours and textures. I can’t recommend this highly enough. If we were here longer we’d come again, certainly next time.
