We had an exceptional experience with Pigeon Catering! From the very beginning, the service was outstanding. During the tasting and selection process, Lea was incredibly helpful, responsive, and flexible. She made us feel comfortable and valued every step of the way. She's good people! We even went back for a second tasting because there were a few dishes we wanted to try that we missed the first time, and Lea accommodated our requests without hesitation. The highlight for us was the special chef-made vegetarian red beans and rice—it was out of this world! The food on the day of our event was nothing short of incredible. Our guests couldn't stop raving about it and how they went back for seconds and thirds. Favorites: cajun turkey, cajun shrimp toast, and cornmeal fried oysters. Great bartenders too! Pigeon truly exceeded our expectations, and we highly recommend them.

We can't say enough great things about Pigeon Catering! Lea and her team were absolutely phenomenal. After a last-minute change with another caterer, Lea stepped in and saved the day. She was incredibly flexible and worked with us to meet a wide variety of catering needs on very short notice. The team was punctual, professional, and the food was absolutely delicious! ???? Everyone at our event raved about it. Thank you, Pigeon Catering, for helping make our event at the Orpheum a huge success. Highly recommend.

Recently had Pigeon cater our grand opening in NOLA. They arrive exactly on time, had everything setup, and the food was amazing. They gave so much that we had tons of leftovers we sent employees home with. Really good classic New Orleans/Louisiana dishes that were prepped well. Highly recommend, and their prices were extremely reasonable.

Not sure where to start. Everyone was extremely nice and very professional. They brought their own equipment- all they needed was our stove. We thought we had everything spotless before they came, but the kitchen and party area were even tidier when they departed. Obviously should also mention that the food was fantastic and was chosen from an easily accessible and diverse list of options. We rarely do catered things at our house, but the next time we do I wouldn't call anyone else.

A great catering company, with great people! I reached out to Carrie Ann to book a tasting for my wedding reception. Even in the midst of the super-bowl, scheduling was a breeze and they were very responsive to email communication. Their food is fantastic and they are eager to meet the needs of clients! They were very flexible and patient with my fiancé and I. I highly recommend their services.

I had a wonderful experience working with Carrie Ann and Jen for my Halloween-themed anniversary party. They were open to collaboration and had creative ideas. The food was outstanding, too! They made planning my party extremely easy and I hope to host more parties in the future so I can hire them again.

10/10 I would 100% recommend Chef Tasha & Seasons of Louisiana Catering!!! First off, the food was amazinggggggggggg *chefs kiss*. I was traveling to NOLA from Florida for my birthday and needed a chef for a private dinner I was hosting for a party of 10. Chef Tasha & her team came in and cooked a delicious 3 course meal onsite. Each course looked stunning and tasted sensational —so flavorful; and the portions were more than generous! Aside from the great food, the experience was very seamless & professional. I inquired via email and received a prompt response; then within 2 days had spoken with Chef Tasha, customized a menu, and received an invoice. If you’re looking for a private chef or catering in New Orleans, I wholeheartedly recommend Seasons of Louisiana and promise you will not regret it.

One of the best birthday celebrations that I’ve ever had! Crabs are my absolute favorite ???? so Chef Tasha of Seasons of Louisiana put together an AMAZING menu for a cozy birthday celebration! Everything was Devine! We knew it would be (This was not our first rodeo with her and definitely will not be the last). The taste and look of everything was impeccable!!! Can’t wait to do it again!!! Absolutely 10/10 definitely recommend! Check her out for your next private catering event.

I hired Chef Tasha for a group dinner to celebrate my birthday. The food was delicious (and plentiful)! She worked with me to make sure the menu would have plenty of options to accommodate my guests’ various dietary needs (e.g., gluten allergy, vegetarian, no pork) yet provide the full NOLA experience. The night of the dinner, she and her team were friendly and happy to talk to us about what they were making. We thoroughly enjoyed it.
