The service here is exceptional. When I came in I was concerned about my car. Mike, my service contact, made sure to answer all my questions. He listened well and was great at making sure I got the best value for the issues. I told his boss, on the way put the door, this experience reflects the quality that drives the BMW brand home. I will be back for a model update soon.
Great dealership and had a great car-buying experience! There was a 330i that I was interested in and Wade went above and beyond to get everything lined up for me to drive off in a new 330i. Looking forward to getting another BMW in the future from BMW Portland.
