Toyota of Portland

I had a great first time experience with Toyota of Portland! Alicia was so helpful in not only finding a car that was a good fit for me, but also talking me through all the jargon that comes with buying a car. She went out of her way to make sure that I got the best deal and kept me updated of it's shipment status. I walked out of the dealership knowing I made the right choice and I also have much better understanding of the process (that for me was very smooth). I am so happy with my new Rav4!

Alicia in sales, was so professional and courteous throughout the whole experience! I was nervous to buy a truck but she answered all my questions and made it a smooth experience. Every other toyota dealership didn’t answer my questions or told me I wouldn’t be able to get a truck for month. I will definitely buy from her again! Errol in finance was awesome too, he took care of all the paperwork and made sure I understood everything, thank you Alicia and Errol!!!
