I’m a small landlord with a number of buildings that I self manage. It’s important that I be able to coordinate with a vendor or a contractor and yet not actually be present when they interact with the tenant. It’s been my experience only the great service companies and vendors can do that without the landlord, or his representative, being present. Within the last month, I have used Stanley Steemer at two different buildings where they dealt solely with the tenants. The tenants have been blown away with the competence, professionalism, and courtesy of the different folks from Stanley Steemer. What I really like is that the tenants transfer that by thanking me for being a great landlord!

I had a great experience with Stanley Steemers. From start to finish they answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable throughout the scheduling process. They do not pressure you into getting additional services however, they do make recommendations regarding these add on services. Davon was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. He made sure I understood the cleaning process before he started and went over the drying time frame as well as ways to speed the drying time. I would highly recommend you have the total square footage of the carpeted area when you call to schedule a cleaning service as it well help to make sure the quote they provide is accurate. Also, check online as they are known to run online promotions and they will honor them via phone. Overall great experience and will contact them again for a yearly cleaning.

Great cleaning service on the kitchen, bathroom and hardwood floors. The technician Matthew was very punctual, thorough and professional! He gave the best customer service and great knowledgeable.
