My Samsung S9 led screen went out. Kevin immediately helped me with my problem. He and his tech were able to repair my phone in a couple of hours. They even helped me with retrieving some apps like my pictures and contacts because everything was lost. They really went out of there way to help me to get all my info back. This is not the first time with UBreakIFix. I have always had great service. I can say Kevin and his team are exceptional in servicing. They work as team to resolve issues for each customer. I was in the lobby for over an hour while they worked on all my lost information and I can tell you they are polite and sincere in their customer service. Ken and Ben thank you again for being so kind and patience with me. I am sincerely grateful for all your efforts and I am a forever client.

The Gentlemen, that held me was so nice. Got my phone done sooner than it usually takes. I went next door to the pizza place. He brought it over when it was done. Didn't have to do anything. It was so easy. My phone looks amazing. Had the new glass repaired.
