Recently, I had to take my PC for some repair and I cannot say enough about this place. The staff (Jose, Kevin and Sean/Shawn) is extremely knowledgeable. They did a free diagnostic test to determine with what issue I was dealing. I was told that although they can fix the issue, it was better to invest into a new computer. Went in with a laptop with the corner bashed in and a nonfunctional power button. The intake was thorough and quick, the diagnostics were run fast and our tech shared all possible options on how we could move forward. Of note, he actually recommended the option that was the most reasonable, even if it meant using an unfamiliar but easy workaround for the problem rather than a very costly repair. Appreciate Clickaway and recommend highly! So fantastic to have a neighborhood electronic repair shop that is reliable and friendly.

Kevin and Click Away took very good care of my PC. They replaced the hard drive and recovered most of my data for a very reasonable amount and within 20 hours. I would definitely go there again.
