Seattle Laptop

Very good prices and kind staff. I took my laptop in for repair since it wasn't turning on. I was hoping for the best (battery issue) but preparing and expecting the worst (total system failure). Unfortunately my laptop was in the latter category but they certainly tried everything they could to fix it and replace the motherboard. In the end it was cheaper to just replace and upgrade the computer with something newer due to expensive parts. I appreciate their clear communication and letting me know what my options were. If I have any computer/tech issues in the future I know where to go.

Super friendly and helpful!!! Don't scroll through google anymore - pick here! I called in with a question about a keyboard spill and got information straightaway. Most places won't ask you questions and make you come in before saying anything, so my time was really appreciated. Great service.

I had a swollen battery replaced on an older MacBook Pro that I wanted to refurbish for my daughter, they had it back to me within a week! Faster turnaround than expected, very fair pricing. Very happy with the customer service.
