Expert Appliances has provided a very positive experience and the number 5-star reviews speak for themselves. My washer machine suddenly failed and needed repair. I did work with a couple of other companies but their communication and service lacked, which ultimately led to me calling Expert Appliances. They were extremely responsive, friendly and quick to come out to inspect what was happening. Vlad was the technician I worked with and he was very communicative throughout every step of the process. Without divulging too much information, this is an extremely reasonable and generous business. They have the customer's satisfaction at the forefront, if anyone says anything different, I think it's the customer's issue and not the business. I was very grateful and surprised about the outcome of my services and they really went above and beyond. I wouldn't recommend anyone else.

My Miele range top was not working, and Demetri was able to come out and diagnose the problem and order the part and get it fixed within a week. Very professional and communicative every step of the way. Highly recommend.

Had a great experience. Came out same day, diagnosed the problem, and fixed it at a fair price. Stacked washer and dryer that others wouldn’t touch because they said they’d need two techs. My guy handled it easily by himself.

They responded promptly to our request for them to look at our washer and were able to order a replacement piece in a couple of days to complete the repair. Washing machine is back in the game!

Mike came out arrived on time , courteous and accommodating. I highly recommend this company for refrigeration repair company.

APR did a great job of scheduling my refrigerator repair quickly. Minh, our assigned tech, evaluated that the defrosting in the freezer was not working properly and thus causingice buildupand water to leak out the sides of the freezer compartmen occasionally. I knew the parts and labor would not be cheap, but I just didn't have the time or desire to fix it myself. Minh did a great job in getting it repaired in about 30 minutes. I highly recommend this company!

Brian was very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. He diagnosed the problem and fixed it for us very quickly. I would highly recommend this service to anyone experiencing issues with their fridge.

These guys are quite good. Min, the repair tech was great and Amanda in the office was great with communication about my repairs.
