I love Floor and Decor as a contractor and as a consumer. Although everyone and a while I don't have the best service, overall I feel the company does an excellent job in all their stores and their product offerings.Fair Prices & Great Selections.I'm typically shopping at The Colony location, but love that there are multiple locations throughout the metroplex. Highly recommended.

I went to the Dallas store on 4/15 and worked with Pablo. He went above and beyond to assist me with picking out flooring, tile, and backsplash. Pablo was there from start to checkout and helped load everything in my car. I spend a ton of time in floor and decor as an interior designer so customer service is so important. Thanks again, Pablo.

We completely remodeled our office, Their design service is wonderful. Special shout out to our awesome designer Wendi. Not only did she visit our office but also did the measurements and ordered the tiles. The entire experience was seamless and efficient. Will be back for my next project.
