David O was wonderful! I had done my homework on what type of mattress I had narrowed my choices to. He listened to me, did an assessment of my wants and needs and then let me try several mattresses. We were successful in finding one that I think will work and bought it! I have had 6 hip revision surgeries and a neck surgery so has a long check list of what I needed in a mattress. I had gone to two other Mattress Firm stores and the salesmen at those stores didn’t listen to me and just wanted to sell me an expensive mattress. I highly recommend seeing David O first at the Medallion Center store.

Great experience! Ace was really knowledgeable without being pushy or fake. He took a lot of time to explain the differences in the mattresses I was looking at. There was no hard sell, just honest information. My entire experience with him from start to finish was top notch. I walked away with a great mattress. I hope I love it as much as I did in the store! If you need a new mattress, stop by and see Ace at the Medallion store.

Went a few years ago for queen size mattress it was fantastic then went today for King! David O. assisted me and omg he was the absolute BEST! Very caring, understanding, kind and sweet!!! Highly recommended okay!!! A good night sleep is waiting on you.

Found this outlet looking for mattress stores for a new guest bedroom bed. Great find! We purchased a queen mattress, box spring, and frame for $368 total. I know it is mentioned that their is a default with the bed but we cannot find what our could be, bed is in perfect condition! Employees were also incredibly nice and helpful, even loaded the bed to the top of our Tahoe and tied it up very securely. Would go back again in a heart beat!

My family and I have bought three different mattresses from Simmons Factory Outlet. I will recommend this place to friends and family.Crystal the mgr.was great!

I got a great deal on a queen mattress and they even threw in the movable Base frame.. Zionn was absolutely awesome!!! He was very detailed and I was totally impressed by his product knowledge. He didn't come off like a pushy salesperson at all, he provided options and let me know what would best suit my needs based on the information I provided to him. I would recommend just off the strength of his great customer service alone. I'm looking forward to receiving my bed tomorrow via delivery, not to mention my back truly needs it.

Me and my husband had finally had enough of our current mattress and decided it was time to trade up. We stopped in on our way to brunch and were immediately greeted by Stuart. He walked us through the showroom going over the pros and cons of each mattress we tried. When we finally decided on the perfect mattress for us, Stuart set us up with financing and delivery. Amazing customer service!.

Such a great experience at the McKinney Ave store! The sales man was very helpful in giving me options based on the specifics I needed and was very knowledgeable about each mattress. I was in and out in 30 minutes with no upselling whatsoever. Really appreciate the entire process and store had a great selection.
