3 Best Auto Body Shops in Dallas, TX

If you’re like me, you like to look for the best of the best before settling on big decisions. I read some great reviews online, so I figured I would give them a shot, and they did not disappoint. I really liked being able to communicate directly with my rep, Caleb, via text. He walked me through the whole process and exceeded my expectations as a customer. The young lady at the front desk was also very nice and welcoming. My only critique would be seeing more management involved. The staff is obviously doing a great job on their own, but I like to know who’s running the show in case I have any issues. Fortunately, I had none and the process was seamless. I swear they restored it back to better condition than before the accident haha! Would recommend to anyone.

I can't say enough great things about Caliber Collision! From start to finish, they provided top-notch service, professionalism, and an incredibly fast turnaround time. After my car was involved in an accident, I was expecting a long and frustrating repair process but they had my car looking brand new and back on the road in just over a week. Mason and Zach were great and kept me updated along the process.

Zach’s Customer service was Excellent he did a spectacular job with my truck and kept me throughly informed throughout the process. I greatly appreciate the quality of care !! Thank you. Caliber Collision Love Field is the Best. Great Team.

Great customer service. Nick was very professional, explained every important details about the logistics in the repair process. Not only he answered my questions, but he made me feel that their policy on 100% customer service satisfaction is one of their priorities. I really appreciate it. Also, the recepcionist and overall employees are polite and take care of their customers. Great experience.

My husband and I had to come into the shop for a repair after a collision on I-35. The staff was very professional and kept us informed as the job progressed. I was very happy with the condition of my vehicle when I picked it up, and I’d definitely recommend this to anyone who is looking to get their vehicle repaired.

This location is great. Andrew was so helpful & responsive keeping me updated throughout the process. They did an excellent job with the repairs and my car is like new again.
