From the moment I came in, I was greeted and not pressured into buying anything except EXACTLY what I wanted. The process was made easy, they were so nice and servicing us to the fullest extent. To top it off we were able to witness their amazing coffee machine and have a cup of coffee each that was delicious and now we want that machine. lol. They help with our lease to own option, our layway and future options on items we liked. They informed us of everything and were a delight best of all our agent was Johnny.

Amazing customer service down to the delivery workers. I couldn’t have had an easier experience getting my couches. They even stayed open a bit later so we could finish up the sale. Thank you for amazing customer service. I will return in the future for more furniture. I don’t remember the salesman name I believe it was either Jose or Juan but thank you.

I shopped at the Spring Valley, I bought the my living room set and my bed room set. Maria Gutierrez is an excellent sales person. She gave me the best possible prices and very helpful with the financial options. I am very satisfied with my buy. I really recommend this store.

So friendly, professional, and accommodating throughout the entire process. Not only was the furniture exactly as described, but she also went above and beyond to arrange for same-day delivery, making the whole transaction seamless and stress-free. Her attention to detail and helpfulness truly stood out, and I couldn’t recommend her more highly to anyone looking for a trustworthy and reliable seller. It was such a pleasure doing business with her.

We recently bought a bed from Rooms to Go at The Colony location. The bed frame and mattress seem to be good quality but this review is more about the customer service. Our salesman, Jeffrey Moses, went above and beyond anything I have ever experienced before. Not only did Jeff deliver the bed himself, he also set it up, and even brought a gift of new sheets to fit the bed. We tried to pay him for delivery, but he would not accept any money. He told us in the spirit of the holidays, we should just do something nice for a neighbor. Wow.

Kathy Canto provided excellent customer service for buying furniture for my son's first apartment. She did above and beyond. She took her time to show us all his options. She was kind and knowledgeable of the furniture. I will go back and look for her again. Thank you so much Kathy. See you soon.

I was impressed with the selection of furniture. Based on our local store I had assumed they had inexpensive looking furniture that would sell in our rural community. But what we found was very nice and up to large city design standards.
