I would definitely recommend Toyota of Dallas for purchase, buying or leasing, and in particular my salesmen team- Jaymes Becker and Adrian as well as Jesse. They were very patient as this was a huge decision for me. This dealership is very close by for any servicing or assistance, and have bought a previous Toyota here. I’m leasing and Jaymes is knowledgeable at this process as well.

Elvin Martinez went above and beyond to make sure I got exactly what I was looking for. He worked hard to find the right car for me, kept me updated every step of the way, and even followed up after the sale to make sure I was happy. That level of care is rare these days. The car buying experience is never pleasant for me. Pete Alicea was my rep and I appreciate everything he did to make the entire process tolerable and even memorable. He was available as soon as we arrived for our appointment. And all along the process, anything he promised he delivered. He listened to what I truly needed in my next car and made recommendations based on my needs. At one point I know I was indecisive and was taking a while to make a decision. Pete remained patient, asked questions to address my concerns, and ultimately made me feel good about the decisions related to my purchase. I will look for him again on my next car lease or purchase. I recommend him to anyone looking for their next vehicle purchase.

Peter was great! He was very patient, allowing me to move at my own pace, and at the end of the day he really did everything he could to make sure we got to a deal where I felt good about it and was very happy. He gave me his personal cell phone number and even checked in with me after the sale to make sure everything was still good. All in all it was a very good experience, and I’m not always the easiest of customers to please.

The salesman Joey was very helpful and very courteous. The finance department went above and beyond service. Everything went very smooth. They were even willing to meet us halfway and delivered the vehicle to us. The overall experience was excellent. I would definitely recommend BMW of Dallas.
