We built a new home with New Leaf through 2018 and 2019 and it is still amazing! The experience was much easier than many experiences other people we know have had. The in-house design and build process really makes things smooth. They can show you everything before construction so all choices are made, materials picked, etc... House has held up well and New Leaf addressed our very minor warranty issues. Would 100% use them again.
