I visited Dr. Delphinium Designs & Events to buy some flowers, and I was blown away by the service. The staff was absolutely amazing—friendly, knowledgeable, and so helpful. They listened to what I wanted and were incredibly flexible, helping me pick out the perfect flowers. Not only that, but they also took the time to package everything beautifully. It's clear they care about their customers and want to make sure they leave happy. I couldn't have asked for a better experience and will definitely be returning for all my floral needs. Wonderful customer service. They really worked hard to get me exactly what I wanted and paid attention to detail. They were very responsive to last minute requests. My bouquets were beautiful and just what I was looking for. The only thing I would say is it seemed like the flowers were not quite as fresh- maybe a day past their prime. But all stunning nonetheless. Highly recommend and wonderful prices for the Dallas area.

AMAZING AMAZING AMAZING! I told Krista and Brad the flowers I wanted and a very broad vision for my bouquets. They delivered THE MOST incredible ones. I let them surprise me, and it was Absolute perfection! It's such an awesome local business, definitely worth it. Petals and Stems have great price points and a very fair delivery fee. I could not recommend them more. Will be returning to get more flowers in the future.
