The locksmith was also very knowledgeable and professional and was able to complete the job within 30 mins. So glad that this is over!
My first experience was superb. Raymond kept us posted on his arrival time, fixed the damaged deadbolt so we would not have to purchase a new one, making for a pleasant experience. Plus, scheduling online was easy as was the billing. We plan to use this service again when we need our locks replaced.

It was the beautiful warmth of being inside my home and not pacing up and down in the cold outside from which Joey rescued me. My lock is restored. I now have a deadbolt. I feel more secure. I had John as my tech and he was very nice and knowledgeable. He also has a great sense of humor. He came right outdid me a replacement key in a timely manner and was the only locksmith who was able to tell me a price upfront without trying to overcharge me like the others. Nate and the team at Pop a Lock totally saved us yesterday. My husband left his keys in our Lyft the night before. We would have had to wait until God knows when for apartment people to respond had it not been for the Pop a Lock team. From the moment I called and talked to Scott, they were professional and nice and very reasonably priced. It took Nate over an hour to battle our Smart lock and he was great!!!
