AMAZING experience from the moment we called and received a person on the line (not an automated voice with endless prompts). The prom dress style, color, and size we were searching for was out of stock everywhere in the New England area and was only available as a special order that could take 14 weeks for delivery. Then we discovered TERRY COSTA / Dallas online. Our dress consultant, Kelsey Lewis, went above and beyond. She listened to our situation, searched their prom dress stock for the style number, found it exactly as described, and reassured us that it was “the dress”. Then placed the order and shipped it that day! The specified prom dress arrived in less than a week in perfect condition. OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE from start to finish. Highly recommend Terry Costa! THANK YOU for saving us!!!

I absolutely LOVED my experience here prom dress shopping! We got there about 15 minutes before they opened, and I immediately got a dressing room and personal stylist, Sofia. She was absolutely AMAZING! She completely understood the styles I liked and didn’t liked. She was constantly grabbing me new dresses and styles. She gave me great advice, helped me get into my dresses, and supported me the entire time. The entire staff is so kind, and they never rush you. Also, they have a very large selection of styles and sizes (up to a US 28), which I really appreciated. The entire process only took a couple of hours. I highly recommend visiting Terry Costa if you need any dresses!!

I went there yesterday with my mom and oh my goodness it was such a cool experience, you get to pick out 5 dresses to try on then you get in line for the dressing rooms then once you get assigned a dressing room your given a stylist that helps you find your perfect dress!! It was the coolest experience ever!! My stylist was Lily S. She was AMAZING! Her personality was so fun and encouraging! She made me feel beautiful and comfortable in an unfamiliar environment. The runways made trying on dresses 10 times more fun!! I absolutely love my prom dress and terry costa is a great place to go for dress shopping!!

I found the dress am so glad yayyyyy only two more months to my wedding. They had amazing service am so grateful for there help especially fancy I think it’s her name she helped me so much. She helped me try on the dresses with different veils and was so patient with me trying on a whole bunch of dresses.

David’s Bridal Dallas to the rescue!! Thank you to my ladies at our sister store whom helped me with my wedding dress nightmare from Lewisville. Natalia, Taylor, Melanie, all my ladies came to my rescue. Future brides please come to the Dallas location you won’t be disappointed!! As a former bridal stylist and future bride, I’m happy that I was able to be accommodated this past weekend for alterations as Lewisville charged me for alterations that weren’t done. David’s Bridal Dallas stepped up in more ways I could imagine. ?? I’m looking forward to seeing the outcome here in a few months. Being a plus-size girl, I get anxious trying on clothes, but she made sure I felt comfortable, confident, and beautiful the entire time. Cassidy listened to my preferences, understood my vision, and pulled gowns that matched exactly what I described - she pulled my dream dress and I’M SO EXCITED to wear it. I never once felt rushed or pressured to buy a dress. The whole experience felt relaxed, fun, and completely focused on helping me feel my best. If you’re a future bride looking for your dream dress on a budget, I highly recommend Brilliant Bridal. It was everything I hoped for and more.

I cannot say enough good things about this bridal shop. The team made me feel so comfortable and celebrated from the very beginning. Their customer service is truly top tier. Every detail was explained, every question was answered, and I felt completely taken care of. It was also my birthday, and they made the entire appointment feel like a celebration. That extra thoughtfulness meant so much to me. And my dress is absolutely stunning. It exceeded my expectations in every possible way. The quality and detail are even more beautiful in person. They made this one of the most special days, and I’m beyond thankful.

The entire process was seamless, from the booking to the purchase of the dress. The wedding dress shopping guide that I received after booking was a great touch!
