3 Best Pet Grooming in Dallas, TX

I adopted my dog about 9 months ago. In that time, my schedule has changed drastically; therefore, I needed supervision/care for her on a regular basis. Instead of leaving her at home alone, where she would be bored, unstimulated, anxious and unsocialized - I take her to Downtown Dog for daycare as well as boarding. This is my puppy’s home away from home. The staff treats her like family and she absolutely loves it here. She looks forward to seeing the employees and dogs everyday. I don’t know what I would do without this wonderful facility. Thank you Downtown Dog!

Our lab loves coming here, to the point,of dragging us inside when we arrive. We primarily come for boarding. She always comes home,happy and exhausted. The staff is friendly, and the facility is neat and clean. Large play areas. Easy access. They take reservations, which are necessary for holidays - they’re popular enough they can fill up.

Downtown Dog is friendly, clean and they care, which is most important. We bring our dog Betty often when we work long hours or have to go out of town, and they always take great care of her. Thank you to everyone who works there!

My dog is my child I don’t just take him to any groomers. After moving here in 2022 it took me a lot of research and reading reviews to find a good place to take care of my furbaby. I finally found this place and booked with Heather and i have been sold ever since! After the first time she gave me a print out pic of him on the table, gave me a report card of how he did. I could see how genuine her feelings were for my baby, she tells me when he’s really scared and she stops what she’s doing and talks to him/gives him love and reassurance. I would recommend her 1000x again and again. My most recent experience took longer (that was my fault i was late) she still took him in and let me know she was the only groomer at the time. I didn’t mind i would follow this woman anywhere she’s great at her job and it shows she’s not just in it for a paycheck. She loves these babies and I am so thankful to have found her here with Dog City. 10/10 my dog isn’t a dog person, he’s not aggressive just doesn’t like to play so i’ve never tried their daycare services but take my word for it grooming here is a yes!

Dog City is a great place to take your pet. I’ve been taking my dog Theodore there for grooming, and they make the pick-up and drop-off process so streamlined and turn-key at a reasonable price. Heather is always providing great care to animals and always has a smile on her face, and I can tell she really enjoys working with animals. Been going to Dog City for a couple months now and will continue to do so!

I took my goldendoodle pup here for her first grooming appointment. Steven did an amazing job and was very patient with my anxious pup. Her haircut looks great. He went above and beyond to make sure she made it through the process safely and had a positive experience.
