Living here is quite convenient for those who work out of the Merit Towers. New management has made a lot of great changes. Things are being fixed and maintained now. The complex is more secure. The internet speeds have been increased from 200 meg down to 1 gig down. Maintenance came by to swap out my A/C filter the other day as part of a scheduled visit that I did not request (but was notified of). That would never happen under old management unless I requested it. When the gate was down and one was stuck open there was a security officer parked there the whole night. I saw him there all night, even at 2:30 am when walking my dog. I think Equity is going to continue to make things better.

I was greeted by Lourdes to see this beautiful community with my cousin! First I’d like to say her style is top tier! She was amazing and very professional with me. She showed us everything there was to offer and even more! Answered all the questions we needed answered. I’m helping my cousin look for a place and I can say we were absolutely thrilled with Lourdes customer service. You need more people like her. My cousin will be moving forward. I’ve been living at Crest for over a year and I’ve never encountered a better maintenance team. Anything and everything gets solved within 24hours. Also, the front staff is very nice, friendly, and ready to go above and beyond. When I moved in, I was a little bit worried about homeless from 635/75 wondering to the apartment complex, but that had never happened. The only thing is that about 10-15% of Amazon packages get lost but that’s expected in the apartment complex. Overall, a wonderful experience and I would highly recommend this apartment complex.

I have been at this complex now for more than 8+ years. My family and I have always loved and appreciated the staff and the work they put into the community.
