Big Sandy Superstore

Had a very good experience at the Polaris location. We needed a new refrigerator quick and was not disappointed in the selection and had the best price out of all the other big box stores. Brook Chapman was our sales associate and she was very knowledgeable of the product and helpful getting us a quick delivery. I would defiantly recommend her for her knowledge of the product and friendly approach !

This place was great. I bought a new microwave here. The sales people were not pushy, and very informative about the products when asked. Plus they have a ton of massage chairs you can try out. There's so much stuff here, you can easily spend an hour in the blink of an eye.

Jacoby was pleasant and professional. We bought a sofa and a reclining chair. The price great and total package was explained to us in detail so my wife and I were able to understand everything. We'll be doing business again.
