I bought a vegan leather couch from them 2 years ago and it still looks pristine and new. There are no noticeable scratches on the couch (even after a very playful dog visited and jumped all over it) and the cushions have held up extremely well too. I'd recommend this store to anyone and will probably be buying more from them in the future.

Purchased a lot of furniture from Kasala and even 5 years after purchasing they came to fix a recliner issue (arrived punctually at the time they said and fixed it within 30 seconds — I could have resolved on my own but they were so nice about it). Amazing customer service and just the nicest team to deal with.
