We had an excellent experience working with Christine to design my engagement ring. She met us where we were (no idea what we wanted! knew nothing about jewelry!) and helped us refine our ideas until we had the perfect ring. Great communication throughout the process -- from design to actually creating the ring. It was easy to book appointments to discuss designs, view the in-progress ring, and pick up. Greeters and other GLJW folks we met when visiting were all pleasant and created a welcoming atmosphere.

I had an amazing experience designing my fiancee's engagement ring! We were able to size it and get a custom design with a compressed schedule and without her finding out :) I really enjoyed the whole process and communication from them about the progress of the ring. Definitely go here if you want a cool ring that's going to be unique to your partner.

Chelsea was my designer and she was AMAZING. She is so gifted with art and ring design. She made a beautiful custom designed ring for me that I love. I am very particular and we altered the design a few times. She was always patient and helped me make the best decisions by educating me throughout the process to ensure my selections would best fit my needs long term. She is a very kind person and was so easy to work with. I would recommend this jeweler to anyone, they were fantastic!!
