Amazing company! I worked with bianca to have a tennis bracelet of mine that was stolen replaced through insurance. Bianca was very diligent about contacting the insurance company and making the process easy for my husband and I. They do everything here: repairs, watch batteries, they even sell used handbags! They have a store next door where you can sell your used jewelry and gold as well. Very easy experience, they definitely have two more customers for life.

Andrew at Leo Hamel Jewelry store in La Mesa hands down is my favorite new gemologist. I can honestly say the best experience I have had dealing with a gemologist. Of all the Jewelry shops I have purchased from or sold pieces to by far working with Andrew has been the most pleasant, comfortable, and friendly experience. His knowledge of precious stones and metals and many other high end valuables is impressive. Andrew is the best !

Excellent experience. I purchased my fiance's engagement ring here and Lisa helped me. She was very helpful and knowledgeable but also didn't try to push anything on me. The process was very easy and painless and they had some great options with he ability to customize which was nice. Great store with a family owned feel while also being large enough to have plenty of options. Highly recommend Leo Hamel!!
