I had forgotten my purse in the restaurant and didn’t realize it was missing until about two and a half hours later when I reached the cashier. Panic set in as my purse contained all my IDs, bank cards, a gift card, and even some jewelry. When I informed the staff, they directed me to their lost and found department, and to my great relief, they already had my purse! Every single item was still inside, untouched. I am beyond grateful to the honest person who found it and turned it in, and to the IKEA customer service team for keeping it safe and helping me retrieve it so smoothly. Love this store and when my children were younger I used to use the kids club which is great. We come here for many things, furniture, eating, etc. Parking lot big with plenty of spots. Definitely appreciated getting the swedish meatballs and free coffee with the IKEA card. Store is very clean and staff were accommodating and nice.
